D) To nominate your own amount using a Visa or MasterCard credit card click on the following button.

DONATION CERTIFICATES:

Should you wish to make a donation on someone else’s behalf we will provide a certificate notifying them of your kind gesture.

  1. Donate the amount as per the procedure explained on this page.
  2. Email the Chevra Kadisha info@perthchevrakadisha.org.au or simply go to the contact us page.
  3. The email should state the full name and address of the beneficiary, the special occasion as to why you are presenting this gift and email address of the beneficiary.
  4. A certificate will then be produced and emailed to you for approval.
  5. Once approved we can either email or post the certificate to them.
